About the artist:
Born in 1989 in Florida, Talion grew up in the working-class neighborhood of Liberty City. Influenced by pop culture, she takes her example from the greats of the neighborhood to create her empire like Luke from the group 2 Live crew, Mickey Rourke for his combativeness and Hudonis Haslem for his perseverance.

Fascinated by the world of art, and more particularly Street Art, Talion created her first works from posters found in neighboring neighborhoods. Activist for the Afro cause, she takes as her first subject big names, such as Mohamed Ali, Nelson Mandela and many others.

It is from 2015, that she decides to stick her creations in the popular districts of Florida, where she is spotted by various art galleries to install her work there.

“I want to be this Afro woman who succeeds, and who realizes her dreams! Show our young people from working-class neighborhoods that it is possible to achieve this.

Street art now has its place in the most beautiful galleries in the world and this is possible thanks to great artists like Banksy and Alec Monopoly. I want to represent this population and show the whole world my daily life and my love for others.
